Pay for old Info!!!???
Why does Apple charge for old outdated information on their own Apple IPhones. Talk about greed and sleaziness.

FYI there is an app that comes downloaded on your device called Tips made by Apple and it’s free and gives you quick little tips on how to use your device it usually has a yellow background with a light bulb as the symbol you do not have to download anything extra. My mom was searching for a User Guide for her new iPad since she is not very good with technology. She found this app not knowing like most of the other people in these bad reviews that this is NOT made by Apple they do not get the money you spend on these user manuals that are not written by them.
TIP, the user manual for the expensive Apple device that you just purchased is available from the Apple website you can Google it but DO NOT download an app because you can usually find the Apple user manual in PDF form. Also most of the stuff you can just find how to do on Google and YouTube for FREE!

How do you expect a novice with new I phone to figure out simple actions such as getting to settings needed or even shutting phone down? If some one threw you into a farm combine operated through tech procedures and said turn it on and start combining what would you do without a manual?

I looked on your where it said you could buy the whole set for $15.99 where the heck do you see a list of the tutorials that you’re about to buy because the ones on the front are out of date and everything else how do I know the other ones are up-to-date when you can’t get a list of the tutorials so to me this app is useless

A waste of space
I have to give a star rating for this review to be lodged so I have given one star but, in fact, my rating is zero stars! This app is useless - supposed to be a user’s guide but there seems to be nothing that you can use without buying. I did decide to buy a set ($AUD 24.99) but it didn’t download so I had to seek a refund. I thought, as I had bought the iPad, a user’s guide would be freely available - what a joke.

Wrong Users Manual
The owner of an iPhone 11 doesn’t get much use from a manual written for iPhone 7. Make the manual fit the phone.
The iPhone 11 online manual, when & if it becomes available, needs to define its technological terms & include an index of abbreviations. It must be written for users--not techies--and free of gee-whiz language. Is it asking too much that the authors not use the word “cool”?
