Cannot copy my information for direct pay
Not sure why the ACH & Account number do not work for my checking for direct pay. Whats the point of an online banking app if it is incorrect information and does not work? Now I have to call.

God forbid you block your card temporarily you’ll never be able to unblock it smh
CS at their location on Fletcher is very helpful but I have 1 star cause of their security.
Current or about to be students please don’t use this bank, my account got Hacked, police came to my door to give a delayed payment in a credit card?? then it was a problem to update my personal info over the phone CS is really bad
Zelle doesn’t work
My Zelle doesn’t work in the app and never has. Whenever I ask the workers they have no clue how to help me. Being that Zelle is only available in the banking app, I can never use it because no one knows how to help.
Slow and clunky
This app barely works half the time. Nothing makes sense when trying to find something. For example, the area where you update your address is not easy at all to find. Even when you get bad address fees there is no prompting on where to go. I’ll be keeping my money elsewhere.
Unable to sign in/cant access zelle
For the last 4 weeks I can enter credentials, and do all the steps to sign in and then it crashes when it should should be showing me my account information to access zelle. Cant access zelle from website. Having a lot of trouble with this app!

This app would be a 5 star realistically if USF hadn’t just updated the disclosure agreement forcefully stonewalling me from getting logged in. I had to reinstall the app. Of course afterwards I need a hillarious amount of info in order to retrieve my login credentials. By the time I do I’m locked out and I can’t resolve the issue until the next morning. AMAZING what if I had been in an unfortunate situation where I needed to move money or make sure I didn’t over draft. Nothing infuriates me more than being locked out from my own money. Thanks USF

App is only as good as the company behind it
If you’re only doing minimal financial tasks then the app is fine. Unfortunately this financial institution lives in the stone ages and makes doing anything like paying loans off early impossible. Find something better.

Best FinTech Available
The USF FCU mobile banking app is the best financial technology app I have. I can open accounts, apply for loans, transfer money, send money to other financial institutions (with Zelle, too), setup recurring payments or transfers, search transactions, send and receive messages, chat (during business hours), deposit checks … other financial apps require you to login to the full site or visit a branch to do most of that activity. The interface is fast, seamless and intuitive, 5 stars.

Zelle
They’ve been talking about zelle coming to the app for over a month. Now that we physically cannot use zelle anymore because zelle assumes our bank offers us the function, they’re completely quiet. No zelle feature and you can’t get on the app either because of them. People’s lives depend on being able to send money and now we can’t because they didn’t plan their feature access accordingly. I should of kept them as just as savings account. Probably the worst bank ever. Had issues with them with an auto loan back in 2013 and here it is 2022 and my phone number is disabled from Zelle because they can’t keep there promise date of joining the Zelle app within there own bank app. Just Terrible!

Kicked off the zelle app bc zelle is now on USF FCU app. When I go to USF FCU app, zelle is not on there
App can be frustrating
Constantly logs me off to enter credentials although I have Face ID set up. If you hit reset password, you should have option of entering social or member ID. Shouldn’t require both. Add security questions. It’s a pain when you have to contact member services to unlock the account because many people don’t memorize their member number.

Buggy
Trying to pay my bill by adding an external checking account. I input all my info and it constnty gives errors. I try to add an account via signing in and it still gives errors. Yes I know my account info, I’m pulling directly from my banking app (the app the actually works…). Pretty annoying.

this is usually great and easy to use but...
I’ve been using this for about a year and a half now and it’s been great. But recently, I don’t know if I’m the only one but it has been taking FOREVER to open. *UPDATE* I realized that it wasn’t opening because I had an app shortcut. Once I went to the App Library and opened it up it was fine. great app!
