Works most of the time..
The app is easy to use, not much to it. The only complaint(s) I have is that at least once a week it won’t update the amount in your account and a little error symbol pops up and it will be like that all day. Also say you check it in the morning and it says you have $300 then you check it in the afternoon and it says you have $500 because transactions just disappear, then you check it the next morning and it says you have $300 again. It’s weird and if you don’t know what you have in your account, you could really screw yourself. It did it to us the whole weekend this past weekend. Said we had XXX amount and then it was like you actually have $900 more than you just saw and it sat at that $900 for 3 days before updating back to the original amount. Had I not kept up with my account and I spent that while out of town, I would have been well overdrawn. It’s kind of stupid and frustrating, but oh well, no app is perfect.

Great except
I cannot see my credit card transactions. It gives me the runaround to try to view them and then I do get to them. It is not up-to-date current ones.

Can’t use old or new app now
I get notice the app I have has expired get new version at App Store I did and tried to open and got message it requires 18,4 version or more my iPhone doesn’t support 18,4 I’m not going to purchase a new phone every time developer decides to fix bugs or make things better now I can’t use the old app or the new one. I’ll just call and have someone check my balance 4 times a day every day.

This app is very helpful. Even when I’m out of town I can send messages and get updates from their customer service people. They answer in a timely manner. The whole team goes out of their way to make sure my banking needs are meant.

Since update, error loading my account
The last few days since the update, every time I try to check my balance it says error loading. Very frustrating.
