I searched an entire county, and there were no property shown. I don’t know how that’s possible when I know for a fact, our foreclosure properties in that county.
This is just a Lead Gen app
Do not enter your info to “pre-qualify”. It’s just a lead gen trap and you will get calls and emails from tens of real estate agents who got your contact info. What a mistake.

Made My Home Search So Much Easier
I downloaded the USHUD app to start looking for homes, and it’s been such a game-changer. The listings are clear, easy to search through, and I love that I can browse directly from my phone without jumping between a bunch of sites.
The app makes it simple to see what’s available in my area and I was able to connect with an agent quickly after finding a property I liked. What stood out to me was how fast and responsive everything was.
If your serious about buying a home this app if definitely worth it. It saved me time, gave me great options and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Highly recommend to anyone starting their home search.

I downloaded this app so that I could look for auction houses, and it wouldn’t even load the states so that I could start my search….. I tried so many different ways to get it to work and nothing helped. I have no idea how other people are getting it to work, or if they are paid to leave a positive review, but they all lied. This app does not work at all, do not waste your time.

The page is locked. You select a state and it forces you to be “pre-qualified”. I can only imagine what scammer made this app. FAIL….. ABSOLUTELY A FAIL

Unable to view any property because the screen is black, and when you scroll down to view the details of the property, the text is overlapping and you cannot read. It might be a good app if they can work out the bugs.

Waste of time
This app struggles to work in the first place. It won’t load 90% of the photos so I started taking the addresses to go search them on Zillow discovered that all the listings that say their $2000 $4000 are actually just rentals not in the foreclosure status nor for sale.
