Horrible
Most recent update is of no use. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and now I can’t get a verification code to continue with setting it back up. No response to any emails sent.
Stopped Working, No Longer Reliable
This app used to be pretty reliable but in the past couple days, it has continuously crashed and won’t even let me access it when I enter PW. There’s gotta be a better app to track my retirement than this POS.
App is Frozen
I log in with saved credentials, App tries to load, and brings me back to the log in screen and freezes. Fix your App.
Frozen…not the Movie
The app was just updated today. It hasn’t been working for weeks because it’s frozen. It’s still frozen after the update.
Horrendous
Glitchy, dysfunctional. Can’t login after a few uses. Need to delete and reinstall app numerous times.
