垃圾系統 不能繳費 單次付費還收不到驗證碼 一直有問題卡在地下室

Terrible policies and dangerous to use
This app is designed to be used by people driving, which here in Taipei is illegal. Once a reservation is made, the company or the parking spot owners can arbitrarily cancel your reservation or even cancel your rental without notification, which makes thing incredibly troublesome for people who planning for their parking needs. One policy they arbitrarily enforce is closing your ticket if your car leaves the parking spot, even if you're just leaving to pick up the kids from school and come back. Absolutely ridiculous and in conflict with their reservation policy. After contacting support, I was told they can help m cancel my account if I don't like their policies. So be it. No way to stay PG and describe these employees, my goodness. These people running this company have no clue, so I'd just say to other users to beware that this app is gonna make you angry.
