Depositing checks with the app is always hit or miss. It struggles to recognize that I’ve written the right words about mobile deposit only.

Disappointed
Not able to use this new update as mobile access since I have an iPhone 11. This new software requires a later IOS than what I have. Disappointed I’ll have to purchase a new phone sooner than expected if I want mobile access.
Iphone X IOS 16+ not sipported
This is crazy. IOS 16+ not supported. I need 17+ ??? My software is not that old and used by many Iphone’s. Who ever came up with this selfish idea. Maybe USSFCU want to drive customers away.

It is ridiculous that I have to buy a new phone to access the online portal now. Been a member my entire 58 years and this credit union is never easy to deal with. At least online banking was easy with USSFCU until now. : (
iOS 17 requirement 👎
Kind of upsetting that this recent update (which is required) only can be installed on iOS 17 devices. I have an iPhone 8 and I do not intend to get a new phone any time soon, and apparently iOS 17 is only supported by the iPhone X or 11 and higher. I would like to still have easy access to my own finances without having to buy a whole new phone for no reason.

Can’t login
I can log into the app to give it a fair rating. I can access online just fine but when I try to on the app it can’t validate my credentials that I just used for the website.
We need Zelle!

Great interface
The USSFCU app is easy to use for my most common transactions. Highly recommend USSFCU and their mobile app!
Most important feature doesnt work
The mobile check deposit feature does not work. Tells you to write “for ussfcu mobile deposit only” but does not recognize that text in photo and rejects deposit. I believe that is the only feature the app has that is not available on the web site. It certainly is the most impt. Feature of the app.

Easy to use, you can login with Face ID or password. Connecting with a USSFCU associate is easy with the messaging app and transferring $ is a breeze. I’ve been using this app since it’s come out a couple or so years ago and it rarely glitches. Thank you USSFCU for making banking easy!
