Tanking
So much for not tanking this year. Give the season ticket holders their money back! We did not have an NBA experience!
Poor management
If we had good management they would be better at evaluating talent, better at developing a winning culture, not tanking. The chose the easy way out by tanking rather than doing the hard work. There are good players available at all levels in the draft but rather than put in the work figuring who’s good they would rather be playing pebble beach. Basically what you’re saying when you tank is we don’t know how to evaluate talent so we’ll take the easy out. You might as well draw ping pong balls for who you pick. The result would probably be the same. Obviously you don’t care about basketball and only care about money or you wouldn’t be destroying the game. Pretty soon you’ll have applause tracks at the game because your corporate season ticket holders guests don’t know enough about basketball to know when to clap. It’s about taking a selfy by the court so they can say look at me. Sad!

Glitchy App
App is good to use in arena, but if it is to watch the Jazz or Mammoth don’t waste your money. It never connects.
Glitchy on mid game playback
App can be great but also very frustrating when watching the game in delay. Many times the app will stall or not pick up where it last left off and before you realize it, it’s live and you missed a quarter or two.
Arby’s
Went to get my roast beef sandwich from Arby’s which I didn’t even want and when I get here there was no promotion even though they scored 111 points it would not show up on the app

Streaming is slow and spotty
Good quality videos but app randomly bugs out
The screen randomly goes black and you have to back out of the game and then we go back into the game about 3 to 4 times a game other than that app is fine
So I can’t cast to my TV??????
What’s the point of getting SEG if I only can watch on my phone or tablet???? Let me cast this to my TV like an adult. This is not porn. You should be able to cast!!! Other than that. What’s not to love. Jazz BABY!
Game replays
Trying to watch replays of games is infuriating. If you try to watch the game a few hours after it’s aired, the replay will only take you back to the very end of the first quarter. Why offer the button prompt to play from the beginning if it doesn’t actually let you go to the beginning? So you can either skip a whole quarter, or you have to wait quite a while after the game has ended for it to be available as a replay. Absolutely infuriating.

I love watching the Jazz, but they are not on my local TV channels. I watched them all the time on Root, but not anymore. I am going to have to give them up as my favorite team. I’m switching to Golden State Warriors.

No DVR
I paid a premium to watch jazz games, but there is no DVR capability. You have to watch it live or you cannot watch it at all. This is the only streaming app I have ever paid for where this is the case. Just ridiculous that you’re not able to stream it later that same night.
It’s good
This app is really good. It’s easy to use. There’s a couple things. I would wish they would add. They should have a jersey thing so like every time they’re playing it’ll show what jersey they’re wearing, and it would be consistent to trades
