Won't launch
Used to work well enough for displaying my pass but now the app won't launch on iOS. Works fine on my Android device.
App no longer works
This app was great for a while, but now it no longer will load that actual passes.
So good, but so bad
Once you get your information in, the app is really helpful as you move from park to park. Unfortunately, downloading your pass, using anything other than the barcode on the physical pass is impossible to do as you can’t click the download button. The app designers didn’t drop the keyboard out of the way, so it’s useless.

It’s so amazing to have the ability to always have my pass with me while I have my phone I also love being able to check out more about my state parks and be informed.
Makes getting into the parks much easier
I love being able to use my Utah parks pass on my phone. It makes it super convenient if I forgot to bring my physical pass. Super easy app to use!

Great for when I forget my physical pass
I never remember my pass when I go to the parks. Luckily I always remember my phone and am able to use the app for my annual pass and once I added my pass to the app it’s pretty easy to just open up my pass to show the park at the entrance booth. I don’t ever have to login again after the first time. Pretty nice.

MUST HAVE!! If you go to state parks
The Utah State Park app is a must have for anyone who loves the state parks! I love that I can store my annual pass right on my phone, it is so convenient. I don’t even have to worry about misplacing or losing my physical annual pass, because I have it on my phone!

Amazing!
I went to Sand Hollow State Park last week, and the entrance was so seamless! I was able to just show my digital annual pass on my phone and they let me right in. This is cool!

What is the purpose?
Why does this clutter of an app exist? It’s sole purpose is to display QR code with an expiration date. Simple digital wallet card or an email with QR code would do the same job without adding to a clutter of useless apps.

Always have my pass
No matter where I am, no service, my digital pass pops up. No lag, simple, and the park rangers let me right in. Super great.
App does not work
Ive tried to order the digital pass and it doesn’t take me to the purchase link. It just keeps taking me to the open app link.

This has been fixed and the purchase button should take you directly to link to purchase the pass!
Unable to Add Pass
The app won’t let me add my 2024 Utah Parks Pass either due to my order number or my license plate not matching what they have on file. Not that big of a deal since I have the physical pass, but this app literally has one job and it can’t do it

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. The order number should have been sent to your email after registering your pass. If you ever need to update your license plate info, you can submit the change on our website parkspass.utah.gov
