Awful onboarding
This app is required to access e-tickets which is shame but the onboarding experience would have been poor a decade ago.
I had already purchased tickets through the website and to do that had to fill information to create an account. Then on confirmation email told to download app.
Trying to log into app have to set up profile containing exactly the same information as I had on online account. Should just pickup from that account if needed. If not same information as that account I question why information was required and if they ran scheme through gdpr compliance.
The app doesn’t auto fill suggesting that developer failed to mark up edit boxes. There is no excuse for not being able to autofill phone numbers on an iPhone app.
The date picker is broken. On change validates date is on or before today and clamps to current date if future set. But format day month year on spinners. So expected path (from user pov) is to select day first (left most) but clamps u less you change year first.
There are more issues but this is what I found within first 2 mins of using this app.

Viable - just
Very basic app that feels like a GCSE computing project not reviewed by a teacher. Right faff initially to get a login code. Then why do I have to enter United Kingdom in THREE separate places to get my tickets? Sack it off and deliver by email if you are just going to have a difficult app that adds nothing.

Dreadful
This app is difficult to navigate with information poorly presented and hard to find. When all you want to do is buy a ticket to a county cricket match it is WAY to complicated

No where near as good as the old one deleted it right away if I wanted to be redirected to your website. I would just use your website!

The only way to activate the app and access tickets is via a code sent to your email address. Only the code does not come through, even into junk mailbox. Nowhere to go after that!
