Totally bad experience!The previous App is 100times better than this ultrade 3! Believe me it’s extremely NO good ! Hang and lag very often!
Disappointing
I’ve been using this app since July (about 5 months now), and honestly, it hasn’t been a good experience. From the start, the app asked for a trading PIN, but it turned out to be a password — super confusing. Then, when I placed a buy order at RM0.50, it executed at RM0.480 instead. It caused me a loss for my trading plan.
The app also doesn’t have a stop-limit button, which is very basic for trading. Overall, the interface feels outdated and not user-friendly at all — especially when compared to the Orange app, which is much smoother, clearer, and easier to navigate. I’ve decided to move to another broker after this.
