The translator doesn’t connect to my phone no matter how many times and uninstall and reinstall. I turn my phone off and on but still no connection.
Useless device without a phone connection and the app is to blame.

Doesn’t work
My translator device connects to my app but I can’t get it to speak. I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting but nothing works. At the moment this device is just a piece of metal with a blinking blue light.
This $100 translator never worked
I bought this translator intelligent speech translator and downloaded the AP and it does not work at all!
Worse products
After 2 years. I dowload and use it. It doesn’t work. Waste my money. It like mini speaker now. Nothing can translate , it just e..e voice. I’m so annoyed!
