The translator doesn’t connect to my phone no matter how many times and uninstall and reinstall. I turn my phone off and on but still no connection.

Doesn’t work
My translator device connects to my app but I can’t get it to speak. I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting but nothing works. At the moment this device is just a piece of metal with a blinking blue light.
This $100 translator never worked
I bought this translator intelligent speech translator and downloaded the AP and it does not work at all!
Worse products
After 2 years. I dowload and use it. It doesn’t work. Waste my money. It like mini speaker now. Nothing can translate , it just e..e voice. I’m so annoyed!

Praticamente inutilizzabile. L’IPhone non riesce a collegarsi col dispositivo. Senza una connessione internet non fai assolutamente nulla.
Nella pubblicità il dispositivo ha un bel display. Quello che mi è stato consegnato non ha nessun display e non puoi inquadrare e scattare foto.

It’s not working and you don’t know what to do it keeps disconnecting and the things in the instructions are false and unclear

I really have to apologize, I left a very poor review earlier because all I could get it to do was say disconnecting… But I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and miraculously it started working perfectly! In fact I have a German friend that lives next-door, and I went over there and had a complete conversation with him for 20 minutes perfectly! Now he wants to get one! So I must apologize for my previous review, and to you other folks that had the same problem try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again and see if it’ll work for you too, because it really works great once you get it going lol

توقعت ان الجهاز يعمل بدون الحاجة لاستخدام الجوال في آن واحد ولكن الحقيقة انه لايعمل الا بالربط بالبلوتوث مع جوالك والا لن يعمل وكذلك يجب انت تكون شاشة الجوال مفتوحة لتتم الترجمة وفي حال اغلقت الجوال لن يترجم لك
وهذا اعتبره عيب كبير ، اذا ان الامر يلزم بوجود الجوال فما الحاجه للجهاز يمكن الاستغناء عنه بتطبيق جوجل للترجمة
