Ich habe das lebenslange Abo gekauft.
Leider kann ich mich nicht einloggen. Ich erhalte fortwährend Fehlermeldungen. Der Kundenservice ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar- dort kommt eine Ansage, dass bedingt durch eine Sicherheitseinstellung des Angerufenen die Verbindung getrennt wird. Auch per Mail erhalte ich keine Antwort.
Ich kann das Abo somit nicht nutzen!

Keine Verbindung mehr

Ich nutzte die App und den Bodyguard seit ca. 3 Jahren. Leider lässt sich nun die App nicht mehr mit dem UV Bodyguard koppeln! Vom Support gibt es keine Rückmeldung, so ist das Teil leider unbrauchbar, schade.

UV-Dosis wird nicht übertragen

Die Idee ist super das Problem ist, wenn das Gerät nicht mit dem Handy verbunden ist und später dann erneut verbunden wird, werden zwar die Daten für die letzten 15 Minuten übertragen, die UV-Dosis aber nicht. Somit ist das Gerät ziemlich nutzlos wenn man es nicht dauerhaft mit dem Handy verbunden ist…

Gute Idee , funktioniert aber nicht !! Also Verschwendung !!!

Im Urlaub läuft die Zeit nicht , bleibt auf 23:59 stehen . Aufgenommene UV Dosis. Läuft nicht usw .
Ja ich habe alle Verbindungen etc. durchprobiert .
Bei der Zeit den Fehler zu finden bekommst du schon einen Sonnenbrand :-))

Das Teil werde ich wieder verkaufen .

Wie schon einige hier berichten, verliert ständig die Verbindung und zeichnet dadurch dann nicht durchgängig auf. Hätte von dem Produkt bei dem Preis mehr erwartet. Geht wieder zurück an Händler
