Useless App
This is a useless App. Not much at all you can do with it. Have other medical facilities that use and share their information on MyChart that are completely user friendly and patient helpful. UVA can do so much better. Kind of shameful honestly.

Me and my family live so far away but y’all are our fav hospital to help with my Epilepsy and anything else. And y’all have the best friendly staff I’ve ever seen.
Complete garbage
The app doesn’t actually do anything. When you need to access your health record it simply opens a browser on your phone. There is no functional purpose to this app and getting it setup is another nightmare in and of itself as they have to send you an enrollment letter with a code. Clearly UVA didn’t put any thought into this and just pushed a garbage app out the door.

We are frequent patients at UVA and the maps function is a life-saver, literally. Would love to have access to my entire family's medical records and appointments in one place rather than having to login to Epic.
