No one at the wheels
This app is a zombie. When you order the food NONE of the details get passed to the store. I ordered an item that can be ordered as wrap or sándwich. Store isn’t informed of the choice. Plus, I added avocado to the order ($2). The store isn’t notified and the app keeps the money. Their refunds page is offline/404, their phone line is disconnected and their chat line never responded. Primera y última vez que uso esta aplicación, es complicado marcar la ubicacion exacta, servicio al cliente NO TE RESPONDE Y TE CUELGAN LA LLAMADA, el status de la orden te la dirá los cielos.

Map could be more accurate in terms of when getting the delivery but overall this is a good local app with great options.

No support
Been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes. Kept trying to use the chat and the chat kept booting me off. I received the wrong order. Restaurant says I have to talk to UVA for my refund. Can’t talk to anyone at UVA. Do not use this app. Use another delivery app that can actually provide help on the spot.

Don’t use it
Ordered food. CC was charged, deliver drive picked up order and then made themselves unavailable. Never received order, was unable to contact restaurant or driver.
Tip
The option to add a tip to the driver should be after the order has been delivered. If the driver delivers my food fast and makes sure that everything is in the bag then I would add the tip. But why would I add a tip if I do not know what type of service I am going to receive from the driver’s part.
