The loan management on this app is unmatched. I can search for specific loans, sort by status, and even lock floating loans. Being able to track the entire closing process through the UClose dashboard, giving borrowers a much smoother experience.

Great tool for a broker with access to their files at all times!
Amazing tool
I have been processing my loans through the app, I am a mortgage processor and this app saved my loans a number of times. There were times that I had to be out , because I have a life and since I have UWM loans and I have this app I was still able to have a life. I process while my partner is driving and while I’m at the beach. This is amazing! I am glad UWM made this tool!

This company and app are so horrible
This app is mortgage brokers, not borrowers
All the bad reviews you see here are from customers who obviously don’t read before they post bad comments. This app is for Mortgage Broker partners, not borrowers.
Now on to the review as broker partner. This app is fantastic. I’m partnered with other lenders and this app makes it extremely easy to price out a loan, get status, check your pipeline, and more. Really smooth. I’m very happy with it.

CR does not work
Always says something is wrong and when I hit retry it still doesn’t work.
App doesn’t work
I tried many times, I download in my phone but doesn’t find my account in the app, only on my computer.
Not for homeowners
So dissatisfied and disappointed! PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP SO WE CAN MANAGE AS WELL OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT THANKS!

Just need to echo every other 1-star rating. You should have an App for homeowners. It’s ridiculous that you do not.

I just refinanced my house and UWM purchased our loan. I am very, no, I’m extremely surprised that UWM does not have an app that their customers can use to make payments and review loan activity. It’s bizarre that in this day and age a financial institution wouldn’t have something so basic. It’s like buying a 2021 Ford Explorer and discovering that it doesn’t have Bluetooth. That is a standard feature for all new cars. 10 years ago it wouldn’t be a surprise, but today it would blow my mind. That’s sort of the same thing here just in a different context.

Brokers > homeowner customers?
So UWM gets this all backwards. They made this app for brokers, not homeowners, who, by the way, are the REAL CUSTOMERS! Frustrated, disappointed, and downright angry comments throughout the reviews due to this simple reason. It’s 2021 and literally every other major financial institution has an app for their customers. Get with the program UWM, or lose more customers the longer this drags out.

Please clarify in the name this is NOT for house mortgages
UWM needs an app to pay your mortgage with. I thought this was the app but it’s not. It’s just for brokers.
UWM is great. The App is still not.
I don’t understand how a large company can’t hire the right app engineer.
The app keeps crashing, always logs you out and never saves your logins. And for the past month stop letting me login in to the app.
Saying I have the wrong password. When it’s the exact password I use to login on my PC.

Love this app for a couple practical reasons:
1. Get notified when a loan changes status
2. Get notified when a lock is expiring
3. Upload conditions from my phone
What it doesn’t do well - wish I could do in the app:
1. Change fees - feels like a simple feature we should have
2. View documents - if you try to view a doc, it pulls up an entirely different document. I selected the insurance policy, but it pulled up the credit report. Super weird
Other than that, it’s good for what it does well. And for those reasons, if you’re a broker, download the app

Trouble logging in
Just set my account up on the website. Got the app and tried to login. Won’t let me. Says i have to reset the password I just made 2 min ago and am writing it down correctly. Guess I just use the website on my laptop. Lame
App needed for homeowners, or at least FIX YOUR MOBILE WEBSITE
Inexcusable that there is no app to be able to manage your mortgage account, and even more inexcusable that the website is completely non functional on mobile - just spent an hour trying to click non functional buttons to enroll in auto pay and fix incorrect contact info only to find that there’s also no app. Make an app, or at least fix the website please.
