Best solution for mobile app user testing
Our team used UXtweak to conduct testing of our mobile app, we used other solutions previously but this one is by far the best on the market.
“Does not comply with Google’s policies”
How can I possibly get participants to take a test on mobile, if when they try to sign in with Google they are blocked and told this?” Even if there’s a work around that’s just not professional. Also: free account is seemingly limited to one task, previews make me go through a mic/screen check and log me out of app. Even opening 2 browser windows log me out. Why did I need the other browser window? To look at your support page, to attempt to use this product, delayed support replies and no live chat or AI chat.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the app. Kindly note, however, that this iOS app does not require the study participant to sign in at all–so we do not understand the following: "when they try to sign in with Google they are blocked and told this". Moreover, UXtweak has completed all the verification steps with Google and is an approved service to request certain Google sensitive scopes (e.g., GTM integration), but this does not concern this iOS app Therefore, please kindly reach out to UXtweak Support so we can take a look at what's amiss, we will do our best to help. Quick and easy mobile testing
Great UI, the app easily integrates into the testing process and allows you to test mobile apps for App Store. Used it for usability testing of my food delivery app and it worked like a charm

I have been struggling to find an option, which would help me to test native app builds on iOS.
I tried some of the competitors, but AFAIK none of them provides actual screen recordings.
The quality of the recordings is good and you can recruit participants directly from their platform.
A thing to note is, that you actually need to set up a study on their web, not in the app. The app is just for the tests.
