Receive six vows each day on a gentle rotating schedule, with timed reminders from morning to night so nothing slips by. A "now" vow on your home dashboard always shows what to hold in this moment. REFLECT & UNDERSTAND Open any vow to journal what went well and where you fell short. Tap AI Reflection for a clear explanation and concrete, real-life examples of each vow — so the teaching becomes practical, not abstract. Your reflections are saved privately and build a record of your practice over time.
