This app is useless, it paired once with my headphones (very expensive btw) and after the first time didn’t work anymore 👎🏽

Doesn’t even open. I have a new phone and it’s updated. I’ve had the headphones for years and they are well made and sound solid but! They always look connection when jogging. They have like 80% sound one one ear and only 20%. Without the app I can’t really try to trouble shoot this. I wouldn’t buy the headphones or download the app for the cost they are charging

Spinning wheel only
The app opens to a spinning wheel and never changes. Total waste of time to try it. I’d leave zero stars if I could.

So why are soooo many users (MEETOO BTW) just seeing the spinning wheel when we try to use the app? I got as far as allowing bluetooth access to my bt devices. Then nothing. Just the muthafukkin spinning wheel.
I sincerely hope that your tech support team are on this as it’s an embarrassment to v-moda. REALLY!

Firmware Update
Headphones will not play (although connected) from my iPad or IPhone after Firmware update 1.5.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. It won’t connect with my headphones and just constantly loads. Also the headphones don’t work when I go on Instagram from Spotify and start beeping. App is terrible.
Does not connect
App refuses to connect to crossfades and no support available.
Won’t connect
App shows connected, phone Bluetooth settings shows S-80 connected. NO MUSIC.
Doesn’t work
App sits on spinning icon, never actually finds or connects to my headphones, despite the headphones ALREADY BEING CONNECTED AND PLAYING MUSIC. These are too expensive to not access the EQ.

Hasn’t worked in years. Its a shame I like my V-MODA headphones and they have been working for almost 8 years. I even emailed the company about the app and never got a response. Once my set dies I’ll be buying a different brand
Only connects on iPad, never on iPhone or desktop.
The app is useless. Says the phones are connected but sound never comes out of the unless when used with iPad, but the app isn’t needed on iPad to see the headphones. On iPhone never sees without app and never connects.

This app is great! It works fine with CROSSFADE 3. The manual equalizer settings make it much easier for me to do transcription. One piece of advice I would give is to have a reset button in the equalizer so I don’t have to manually reset everything to 0 or go back to the previous screen when needed. Another nice-to-have feature would be allowing users to create their own EQ presets

App fails to open and only spins, never opened and never connected to head phones

I just bought my second V-moda Crossfade. The app does not open, just the wheel spinning. I may consider returning the headphone. Spent too much money to have this problem. Very disappointed with V-moda
