It works.
This app is very basic. It'll work, but the headphones/bud need to be paired with the app first and not the phone.
If you have issues, try this:
1. Go into Bluetooth and tap on "Forget this device."
2. Reinstall VMODA app
3. Put buds back into case and take them out again
or
3. Turn off headphones and turn back on into pairing mode
4. Open app and let it search for your device
5. It should now stop the eternal circle loading and your device will appear on the app.
I don't like the lack of features but it does exactly what is advertised.

Doesn’t update
Stuck at “Aborted:App not ready” tried reinstalling app but same error.
Would NOT recommend
Returning the earbuds. The app does not work, a constant swirling circle. Cannot pair them with anything. What a waste of time and money.

This improved my experience using the main app. I have had no issues

This firmware update fixed the connectivity issues I was having. Earbuds are working now.
