للأسف تغير للأسوء و مو مهتمين بالتطبيق ومايطورون ونكتبلهم بكل مكان صاير مايعجبهم الملاحظات + نقاط الاستلام من السياره في مجمع الاندلس ما يبين معانا ولا مع المطاعم انه السياره وصلت .. نقاط الاستلام عشوائيه واحيانا الشرطه يخلونا نحرك لأن مافيه لافته تدل على نقطة الاستلام … ان شاءالله يطلع واحد يسوي تطبيق احسن منهم ويهتم فيه

They changed! In a bad way
Bad customer service, 0 respect, deleting ur account without your permission and told you to make a new one , when you make a new one you wouldn’t be able to join the clubs again, they will ask you to send an email & never replied or care, this is was my favorite app for a long time but after what they’ve done I’d like to find a new app more respectful & helpful

You will not get contacted about a problem and there is no way to contact the branch directly. You will be forced to call the restaurant call centre.

I used to love VThru… until the owner Abdulrahman personally called me to say their employee refunded me 1.5 KWD too much and demanded I pay it back.
I actually sent the money and that was the last time I ever used this app.
How do you call a loyal customer over your staff’s mistake and make me accountable?
If 1.5 KWD is the price you’re willing to lose a long-time customer over, congratulations you got your return.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
There was either a glitch or an issue with the order. I was charged and ordered to have it delivered to my office. I did not receive my order. Went directly to the restaurant and it was there for one hour and cold. Thr customer service person “ Mohammed “ said you ordered a non hot sandwich WOW LOL
