Why did you stop the subscriptions for bundles? I have not renewed and I won’t due to the cost. Now have to pay per camera, instead of having to group 4, or 8 cams together in a bundle to purchase

After few months the cameras don’t register much if not at all to your sim card forcing you to subscribe to cloud witch most bank will reject due to account safety . I can’t purchasse cloud with debit card and After every update i get less picts or videos just live

The ads is so annoying and you need to click several times
App slow
This app needs vast improvements it takes approximately 30 seconds to open the app then another 30 seconds after clicking on the camera then another 15-20 seconds to view the feed. In this modern day and age that is ridiculous.
Don’t do it
Flooded with adverts doesn’t let you access your cameras view, it’s not useful in dangerous situations and always trying to get you to buy AI and cloud services. Don’t waste your money buy a camera with a hard drive without persistent time delaying advertising - useless
Rubbish with too many adds
Don’t buy these damn cameras, too many adds while trying to load the app and too much buffering at times. Most of all these adds on the apps are just not worth wasting your time !!

The APP becomes super Annoying as the advertisements pops up every single click so bad development as the app comes with the paid hardware as Camera monitors

They made the app to make money from Ads not to serve their customers

Issues with cameras not recording. Skip hours at a time. Pay monthly for this. What a rip off

Paguei para ter gravações de 7 dias ,24h por dia mas a galeria fica vazia ,a câmera não grava ,mandei mensagem para o suporte e não resolveram,não vale a pena assinar o plano deles, no resto funciona normal mas somente como uma câmera em tempo real,não consegue visualizar gravações de períodos .

I am starting to get sick and tired of the Advertising on the App locking up my iPhone and forcing me to restart my iPhone and stopping access to my cameras.
If I want to Upgrade I will but stop trying to force people to upgrade by causing problems with the App 😡
