Horrible full of advertising for everything they want to charge you, they make the SD stop working so that you buy cloud recording, they limit the camera so that it detects absolutely nothing in a certain time, at first it works after months no longer. My worst decision to buy this camera.

Disconnected
Once installed, carmera frequently disconnects from the application, even though we have close proximity to the wifi. We have our camera watching our door bell and frequently miss recordings

Trow the camera away and uninstall the app. I heard something outside opened the app to quickly see what’s happening, nope you have to watch an ad first. Awful app

Why would you put ads in a security app that we bought with money? There’s an emergency but no hers 1 minute ad before you can check who’s breaking into your house.. I’m testing the cameras down and buying one of a serious company

AI and cloud
It’s annoying how it keeps forcing me to by cloud storage and AI subscriptions. The notifications are delayed and this doesn’t help if there’s danger. Improve this or I won’t buy any camera using this app. Others it’s not a bad camera, it’s Tha app issues trying to force me to subscribe that are annoying. Let me just use my SD card please

The worst camera app I have ever used. If there were an option to give less than one star, I would gladly give it. This is a home security and surveillance camera, so what is the point of having an app if you need to quickly open the camera to see who is outside, check for movement, or make sure there is no potential intruder, only to be forced to sit through endless ads every time you open it?
A burglar could come and go while I am still waiting for the ads to finish. What makes it even worse is that there is not even an option to skip or close the ads.
On top of that, the ads are extremely loud and can wake up everyone sleeping in the house. This app is completely impractical, frustrating, and absolutely not suitable for a home security camera.😡😡😡

Don’t waste your money buying this brand the one I bought lasted only for less than 2 months and started malfunctioning and un fixable

Feature Request – Entertainment Mode
Hello V380 Pro Team,
I have a feature request that I believe would make V380 Pro even more useful.
Please add an Entertainment Mode that allows users to pre-select a video from the V380 Pro app (YouTube or a local video on the phone) and send it to the camera when needed.
How it could work:
* The user selects and prepares a video in the V380 Pro app.
* At the camera location, the existing Call button can have a second function:
* Single press: Works exactly as it does now (normal two-way call).
* Double press: Switches the camera to Entertainment Mode and starts playing the pre-selected video.
* Double press again: Exits Entertainment Mode, pauses the video, and returns to normal camera mode.
* The video should only be controlled through the V380 Pro app, while the person near the camera only needs to use the existing Call button to enter or exit video mode.
This feature would be very useful for families with children, elderly people, or even pets. It would also make the existing Call button much more versatile without changing the hardware or adding extra buttons.
I hope you will consider adding this feature in a future update. If possible, please implement it as soon as you can.

Очень дорогой сервис
Был нормальным сервисом. А теперь как будто бы мы все очеь разбогатели внезапно и должны платить очень много, если хотите просто длительность хранения данных больше недели, например. Буду искать другую камеру.
Не работает даже через раз не заходит
Это наверно самое худшее приложение которое либо я встретил поддержку не отвечает с 4G камера вообще не работает а если Wi-Fi камера то чуть-чуть слабым сигнале вовсе потеряет приложение неудобно посмотреть видео не можешь бесплатно ускорить
