*update* 3/25/26. The app has gotten 100x better! You almost never have to go into the branch to Mae transactions, ask questions and adding Zelle was a game changer
*update 7/8/2020* I gave the app a 2 star rating two years ago. It was NOT user friendly outside of checking your balance. I can say now that the app is very user friendly. The makeover is great. I can do everything I need to do and even check my credit card info and password info from the app. This was a big deal for me and they have addressed it. Even the aesthetics are better.
The settings functions and lack of credit card information keep this app from being a higher rated app. You can’t see your user name or related email and you can’t see any of your credit card transactions. I dont know if has anything to do with the new website, which isn’t much better. You can’t even reset your own password immediately. An email has to go to the credit union and wait. Not very user friendly for certain functions.

Convenient
I love my Credit Union. I’ve been a customer for 40 years and I will not go anywhere else. The location is convenient and I can go to many atms without extra fees. I feel important whenever I have to speak with someone. I feel like I have my own ‘personal’ banker. I have purchased several vehicles, received home improvements loans and personal loans. They are always prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Terrible app
Zelle doesn’t work,I’ve been trying to log on for weeks to get it work. Also, making external transfers ….processing insane stalls couple days or may be weeks to confirm your bank. Very disappointed because I was presented with positive expectations that I even got my payrolls directly deposited to this bank, now I can’t even withdraw anything going on 3rd week waiting on my ATM card.

This app is very easy to use, very convenient I love it.
Terrible Organization!
Mobile App is unusable. Constantly locks user out of app for nonfunctional password input. Face ID and fingerprint ID also not recognized by app. 800 customer service number offers only limited hours. Local branch hours are inconsistent & inconvenient. When a human is finally reach, service representatives repeatedly ask for account number, membership number, birthdate and SSN thus dehumanizing you into a worthless account holder. And if a human does ask for your preserver name, he or she will immediately forget it and ask you for your membership number AGAIN. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH this organization.

I’ve been banking with the credit union for many years and the addition of features on this app has been great! Transfers and other activities are very simple and documents readily available.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We have now made it possible to view Credit Card transactions within the same app. Additionally, you can reset your own password and perform other functions on your own.

Credit Card Transactions
I like this app. It is simple to use but wish the credit card tab would show my transactions instead it says “no transactions” and the reward points should be included in this app as well instead of logging into another account to see them. Other than that, app is okay I guess.
