Waste of time confusing and poorly made
Garbage app and waste of resources as it does the EXACT same thing as the VA app… no wonder I mean look at who’s behind it’s creation

Outstanding application providing access to self-information to be able to go forward and successfully complete the required target. Thank you for a simple and good application.
No Location on West Coast
Only shows a few of the VA hospitals or clinics and most listed are east coast. Only two listed for west coast. One southern Nevada and other eastern Utah. Doesn’t help if you’re in CA, OR, ID or WA
Needs work
Unfortunately, I cannot connect to BTSSS in the app. Consistently says it has timed out and will not accept credentials. I’ll go back to using va.gov and the BTSSS direct sites. The hospital view is pretty good, but very small on a phone. Zooming in works, sort of.
Poorly designed ligin
The transformation to a secure platform from the actual VA to seemingly more secure options is a failure. They cannot standardize on a single login base. Login.gov or IDMe. Puck just one Uncle Sam. I recommend .gov however obviously you cannot make up your mind and standardize so I have to put up with ID me prompts without a way to choose any other option. Stupid IT manages

This is my first time using the app and it coincided with a first visit to a large VA medical center. Way finding got me to the right spot with no problems at all!

If Kafka designed a mobile app, it would look like this. The VA Health and Benefits app is a masterclass in digital dysfunction—clunky, fragmented, and so riddled with usability failures it feels like a deliberate parody of government tech.
Taxpayer-Funded Inefficiency With a budget that could fund a moon landing, this app still can’t deliver basic functionality. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOG) should treat this app like a crime scene. It’s not just inefficient—it’s insulting.
Developers: Who Approved This? Whoever greenlit this monstrosity should fired. Veterans deserve better than a glorified error page masquerading as a health portal.
The Obvious Solution: MyCharts by Epic. Epic’s MyCharts is already a proven, secure, and user-friendly platform used by leading health systems nationwide. Why reinvent the wheel with a square? Ditch this disaster and transition to MyCharts before more veterans suffer the consequences of digital monstrosity!
Even the ‘Give Feedback’ button is a cruel joke. It launches your email client with no recipient address!

Pretty good, with slight delay.
Easy to use
Easy to use and don’t have to get on a pc
Not user friendly
Too difficult to login when I can login easier from web page.
NOT user friendly
Need modifications to some of the functions within the apps, it’s hard to edit info especially when you are doing mileage expense and if you make a mistake on something, unable to modify it.
