VA Travel
This app has been so helpful for Community Care travel submissions and messaging my PCP. It’s a little tricky early on but once I figure out my mistakes, everything works so smooth now. The reps behind the travel reimbursements are very diligent and helpful.
Not useful
When I arrived at the VA, the app popped up, offering to direct me to my destination. It sent me to the exact opposite section in the hospital. A kind man walked with me all the way back to where I started, and to where my appointment was. This wouldn’t have been such a big problem, but I am on crutches and it was very painful. They should not pretend they are going to find your way when they can’t send you in the right direction.

Travel good, appointment check-in not so much
It’s handy to have all the features the app has, if they actually worked. The check-in feature always has to be double checked at the desk. What’s the points it?
