Not happy at all
The app was working fine but now it is not allowing to pull up and is stating something wrong with connecting to the server. Removed and added back and same issue

Can’t even get in the app it crashes everytime I want to use it for Mochafest Jamaica but idk man
App keeps crashing.
It was working fine until a few weeks ago. Now it won’t open it continues to crash. I’ve deleted it multiple times and re downloaded. Nothing is working.

The app was working just fine then all of a sudden yesterday every time I tried to open the app it keep crashing. I turned my phone off then on and attempted to open the so again and it said I’m not connected to the internet al though a was with full service bars and on my WiFi. I don’t know what happened but I need to make a payment on my trip to mochafest and it is not allowing me to. Please fix this problem soon. Thank you

This can’t be happen
I didn’t remember my password tried to got a reset code but I get the message cannot connect to server.. Can this get fix this please

Tried to login, but forgot my password. Ok.. there is an option to reset your password... Quick fix.. However....That did nothing because after I entered the OTP number they sent to my email to reset my password it gave me a pop up message of: “Could not connect to the server.” This message popped up every time I tried to reset my password by entering each OTP # provided. I tried two OTP numbers... I know that this is a new app so I hope the creators are trying to get it together. I was hoping to be able to have access prior to our Cancun Mocha Fest trip in October. 2 stars for now... Thats being generous.... But I have faith... LOL!
