Asked for way too much personal info

I downloaded this just for help finding an available vaccine dose, but after ten minutes of filling out personal info including my doctor’s name and number and insurance info, I stopped and deleted the app when it asked for my social security number. This was after ten minutes of answering other info. Nope. Way too much info for a simple vaccine locator. Sorry not sorry
