User reviews

Worked perfectly

Downloaded the app and it was super easy to create my account. Just what I needed to be able show my vaccine card when traveling. Bonus - you can find testing location near you, which is great for me because I can get tested if I need to, even when I’m on the road.

Terrible app

I scanned front and back of my COVID-19 CDC vaccine inoculation on the app. It was there for about ten days. When I went to show it for access to a restaurant there was no image. When I pressed the “Show Card” button, it was totally blank.
Was it hacked? Is someone else in possession of my CDC COVID-19 vaccine card image?
I deleted this app from my IPhone.
Will scan image on my Notes App that is provided on all IPhones, then secure it with a passcode.
Or take picture of vaccine card and assign it to unique album name. Then hide album for my future access.
