Spending money via this app is pointless
Spend money via the app and no points are collected for your purchases. Written to Vagabond numerous times and nothing has been fixed or done about it. Pointless having this app to be honest.
Buggy app
The app does not work at all for booking. The moment I try to book, after filling 1 or 2 fields, the booking popup goes to the background, completely disappears and the app is no longer responsive at all. Uninstalled, reinstalled, tried other phone and even android, exactly the same issue all the times.

Hopeless...
Won't remember login details, demands credit card details, forgotten password link doesn't work. Would I trust these people with my details? -no. Deleted.
Pointless app/loyalty point system
None of my loyalty points shoe and I get no response from their customer service. App seems like a bit of a scam.
Has potential
Apparently just relaunched today, currently in beta. Had a couple issues, I assume these are just teething issues and will be resolved soon.

The new App is great, it makes it easier to pour and discover the wine. And I can see my loyalty points. Thumbs up !
Pointless App
The app is absolutely pointless as it just adds an addition step to using Apple Pay.
When you tap the app’s digital card on the terminal it launches Apple Pay, you then have to double click the side button on your phone and authenticate for payment.
It’s much simpler and quicker to use Apple Pay directly and delete the app, like I did after one transaction.

Still working on bugs in their app
Walked in and had the process explained (serve yourself via an app, or a QR code - more limited). Attempted to download the app; after five minutes only about 10% downloaded (5G three bars). Left to go to another wine bar.
Terrible App
Collect all my personal information and design a crappy user experience that doesnt even work. Took as an 30 min to get one drink.
Payment Method
I’m trying to add the card, but seems not working as after putting all the card details it asks me to “add a card” everytime. How can I solve this?
I’ll never lose a card again!

What a fabulous app, no need to queue to get my card topped up anymore. Handy for booking tables and best of all, I can now look back and see which wines I had!
