Decent enough

It’s decent enough for basic usage. I do find it really annoying that it refreshes back to the Home Screen, every time you move away from the app! Think the worst part was trying to get a smart meter installed! Multiple cancellations on their side. A couple being last minute. Each to their own with the app. Apart from the constant refreshing, I don’t find it the worst to use.

DO NOY USE THIS COMPANY

After leaving my premises they carried on charging me for 7 months then refused to give me my money back. Managers refuse to come to the phone if you have an issue and the customer service is rude and unhelpful.
