The app is annoying to use
I go to vale quit a bit and the food is always good (which it better be for the prices they charge). But this app is really annoying to use it is a genuine hassle to navigate the ui. Also they make you put in your entire card information for checkout instead of offering quick and easy alternatives like google or Apple Pay.

Cannot log-in to Loyalty Account
The app or website does not send an email to verify sign-up for my Loyalty Account.
