Bought the daypass in the app as well as a audio guide. They updated the app so that you can select your preferred language before buying the audioguide.

Good content, shame about the software
This app has a key bug that make it almost unusable.
- Opening the camera pauses the audio, and breaks the app, forcing the user to kill/restart the app to use it. Of course walking through the Valley everyone is going to use their camera….
Some minor fixes I would recommend
- The English narrator is painfully slow, allow for 1.25x, 1.5x, 2.0x speed
- The scrolling through audio works but is non intuitive (put a knob on it)

Horrible app, double-charge and terrible UX/UI
Was charged twice for the audio guide. The first time I paid, I was charged but nothing happened, then I tried again and it worked, but I was charged for both. Everytime you change apps you have to reset this app to keep on using the audio guide, and they even hide the existing purchase in a misguiding tab so that you repay for another audio guide.
Terrible experience, would not recommend at all, they just steal from you. Would rather do a personal guide or no guide at all.

Paid content can’t be recovered !
Bought the 13 stops audioguide, but when you just navigate to any other section of the app and want to go back to the audioguide, you can’t open it… so you have to pay it again! 🤯

Zuerst die Sprache der App umstellen, dann den Audioguide kaufen.
Ansonsten wird der Guide auf Italienisch gekauft und muss dann in der anderen Sprache nochmals gekauft werden.

Interesting Audio but Expensive Bugs
I downloaded the app and bought the archeological walk audio-guide. However, the download of the guide suddenly broke up and the guide wasn’t there but the fee was charged nonetheless. I had to download and pay it again to be able to hear it. Needless to say, the contact information is not at all transparent and no refund was made.
The audio guide is OK. But you might be able to get a group guide directly at the site for almost the same money and be sure it will work.
