I’ve been with Valley Credit Union for over 40 years, if you need a loan, they make it very easy.. their customer service is top-notch.

false advertise

deposit a check needs to be on the mobile app asap! there’s a tutorial on your website on how to do it, but the option to deposit a check isn’t there at all.

Bad app

This app is horrible and rarely works. I am extremely frustrated! It constantly makes me change passwords, even multiple times in the same day. I’ve tried setting up Face ID and it doesn’t hold. It’s poorly designed and not user friendly. The prior app worked much better.
