One of the worst
This is the worst banking apps I have ever used. It wonky and confusing. Not years friendly at all. I like CW credit union but OnPoint and Mid Oregon both have smooth very user friendly apps compared to the CW app. One issue I have right bow is I want to make my CW credit Card payment from my checking it account. My checking account is in the app but it says I need to add my routing number. So my CW checking account I want to use to pay my CW credit card doesn’t have my CW routing number. I can add that but then I need to wait 5 days it says before I can use it to make payment even though all the accounts are in my CW app and are CW accounts. Previously I had to add my CW credit card number to the app. My CW accounts should just automatically be in the CW app.

Useless
Wish they never switched to the new app. Old one was great. This one doesn’t work. Can’t transfer money between accounts. Super frustrating.
Privacy policy is the worst I’ve ever seen!
And I read every one I'm connected with, I’ve never seen such corporate brash… I would be ashamed if my neighbors knew I was connected with this bank… crazy infringement on my rights!!! Will be switching banks next pay period!!! I’ve had my account since I was 8 in 1967… pitiful! Good riddance
App has been broken for months
I've reinstalled, updated, tried reporting the issue. You cannot access anything from the app other than banking info. I needed to message support today but could not. By tapping on the three bars in the top right corner, It instantly closes the app every single time.
Useful app with issues
The app is useful and I m grateful for that. However there is an ongoing issue with the drop down menu in the app where the app force closes instead of allowing me to access the drop down menu normally found when you touch the three bars in the top right corner. I have asked a representative via phone call to the bank to submit a ticket to I.T. to have the issue corrected. However the issue has continued and gone unaddressed by the Credit Union’s I.T. Department. We will see if a review concerning the matter encourages action.
