Easy to use, does everything you need!!
Great app to use, easy, and does everything you could imagine!!
One of the worst
This is the worst banking apps I have ever used. It wonky and confusing. Not years friendly at all. I like CW credit union but OnPoint and Mid Oregon both have smooth very user friendly apps compared to the CW app. One issue I have right bow is I want to make my CW credit Card payment from my checking it account. My checking account is in the app but it says I need to add my routing number. So my CW checking account I want to use to pay my CW credit card doesn’t have my CW routing number. I can add that but then I need to wait 5 days it says before I can use it to make payment even though all the accounts are in my CW app and are CW accounts. Previously I had to add my CW credit card number to the app. My CW accounts should just automatically be in the CW app.

Useless
Wish they never switched to the new app. Old one was great. This one doesn’t work. Can’t transfer money between accounts. Super frustrating.
Privacy policy is the worst I’ve ever seen!
And I read every one I'm connected with, I’ve never seen such corporate brash… I would be ashamed if my neighbors knew I was connected with this bank… crazy infringement on my rights!!! Will be switching banks next pay period!!! I’ve had my account since I was 8 in 1967… pitiful! Good riddance
App has been broken for months
I've reinstalled, updated, tried reporting the issue. You cannot access anything from the app other than banking info. I needed to message support today but could not. By tapping on the three bars in the top right corner, It instantly closes the app every single time.
Useful app with issues
The app is useful and I m grateful for that. However there is an ongoing issue with the drop down menu in the app where the app force closes instead of allowing me to access the drop down menu normally found when you touch the three bars in the top right corner. I have asked a representative via phone call to the bank to submit a ticket to I.T. to have the issue corrected. However the issue has continued and gone unaddressed by the Credit Union’s I.T. Department. We will see if a review concerning the matter encourages action.

Review
You folks knocked it out of the park this time when you upgraded the CWCU app it’s the “BEST ONE YET”just love everything about it even works great when I have a weak signal or even when I only have one bar,it evens works when I’m in areas where in the past that I was unable to get a good signal, like in metal building, as long as there is a door open ( big or small ) it works!! Thanks so much.also being able to move money around at a moments notice, like very last minute has been really helpful especially for someone on a fixed budget, haven’t tried the digital check deposit yet but plan to in the near future and if that works as well as the rest of the you’ll have a customer for life!! Great job to you all!!

User friendly
Easy to figure out and use. I’ve done all my banking remotely for years now. Good job on the phone ap.
Changes
I appreciate the new upgrade. Honestly still getting used to things. Thank you for working on making banking better
Bill pay
If your using bill pay these guys are now sending a check to the merchant via mail, the money doesn’t get pulled until the merchant cash’s the check. Absolutely ridiculous, once the check is cut you should take my money, if I wanted to write a personal check and send it I just do it my self it’s 2023. Will never be using bill pay again.

Nice improvements
Easy access and user friendly. So far😉
User friendly!
I thought I would have difficulty navigating the new system, but have found it’s easy to know where to go and what to do.
Upgrade
All seems to be good and quick and all seems to going well with new app.
I appreciate the changes and the help
In allowing us to have so much access to so many features.

Change is good
At first the new system was kind of confusing. But after using it for awhile we’re finding it much better to do online banking with. Keep up the good work!
Much better than old app!
Significantly better than previous app. Now if they could have a few more people at the bank when you need to go in for something… 🤔
Worthless app
This app is completely worthless. You would think after logging in and adding my credentials - basically confirming who I am, I’d have access to all my accounts that are linked to my account. Nope. I have to add in each credit card individually just to manage it - when it’s already on my account through the bank. I have to give my account number IN THE APP every time I pay my car loan THROUGH THE APP. DUH!!! It’s attached to my account - why do I have to add it in just to make a payment on the account I’M LOGGED INTO!?? It’s DUMB.

Exceeded Expectations
Love the progress and change to the look, feel and efficiency of the new CW app. Mobile banking is so much improved now that it fits my needs. With 16 accounts for family and charitable trust having all accounts linked is so nice. No more overdraft charges from using or in my case not seeing a little used account or balance. All right here. No more being a victimized consumer or customer.
When I saw “move money” instead of transfer, I thought to myself, big deal but when I actually used the new process, it blew me away. Very EZ. Love you. You hit a home run with this upgrade.
Thank You!

Much Better!
I’ve been looking under the hood with this version, and this is so much better. I like how intuitive this is and how I can get to information quickly. The only problem I’m seeing is the automatic transfer didn’t happen, so I deleted it and rebuilt it.
Easy to use
This app is easy to get around in. I had no trouble setting it up and navigating.
