Valley First App is excellent
You can get everything done in one place. Check your money, pay bills, deposit your check, practically anything you need to get done. Easy, quick and simple. I like it.
App and banking
My only issue are transfers take almost a week 3/5 business days) to complete. Live time transactions are slower than live.

Sometimes the app stops and asked me for my password or it tells me I am not even in the system, so I’ve had to delete the app and reload it

I have always been happy with the Valley First Credit Union Website. Easy to navigate and process payments, transfers, etc. Customer service has always been top notch as well.
