Moving my accounts
I am considering moving all my accounts
I went to order Mexican pesos and was told that you no longer deal with foreign currency but you still do USA dollars…last time I looked USA dollars is foreign currency…that was an insult considering what is going on.
Either deal in all foreign currencies or non at all.
Plus I am glad I phoned and not waste my time to stand in line.

App never works
95% of the time the app doesn’t load no matter what I do. Just a white page with nothing on it
Slow and buggy
I don’t know how this app is rated so high. Really terrible performance and UX.
Great App
This app works great. So easy to use and navigate.
Worst banking app
Most times it will not send etransfers or make bill payments.
Errors
Every time I use the app it crashes, takes forever to load, and can’t consistently switch between accounts. Every Friday either the network is overloaded or it’s down for service as I can’t deposit my paycheque. I end up waiting until Saturday.

I’ve never been so pleased with a credit union like this one. It is truly a gift doing banking with Valley First. They are extremely professional and have polite workers who you can count on when needed! Valley First is my go to bank.

Valley First is the best
Valley first credit union
Very frustrated as there is no place to cancel a e-transfer and they didn’t process it until banking hours which are 9-5. Also the drive thru atm closes after banking hours resulting in me paying an extra 3.50 to withdrawal from another bank.
Too many bugs
This app doesn’t even work. Whenever I click on anything (accounts, transfers, etc) the page just continuously loads and I have to keep exiting out of the app and back on to keep retrying. So difficult to just make an e transfer or check your credit card balance etc. So annoying. This is the reason I went with a different bank cause online banking with valley first is just ridiculously slow, glitchy and inconvenient.

This is the worat banking app ever made! It is constantly and consistently glitchy. Absolutely ridiculous!
