Don’t fix what’s not broken or you break it.
Honestly, the layout is nicer for the app but having to wait five minutes for the app to open makes me wanna switch banks. You might have times I have to close it. Open it close and open it close it open it just to get the thing to load is frustrating. Please fix the loading issue.
Garbage
Trying to submit my review for the second time. Are you removing poor reviews on purpose? Judging by all the reviews, at least everyone is having the same experience. The old app was just fine, this one load times are awful, it doesn’t retain when you set up “Remember me”, it is way too busy and confusing looking, it’s like someone chewed up the website and barfed it into an app. Just another terrible experience with Valley First.

Quick view and remember me.
Quick view does not work at all on iso version. No matter what I do it will not work have reset it, delete and reinstalled still nothing.
Every time I click remember me and write my “nickname” sign in all fine. The next time I sign in nothing is remembered username or password I can use passkeys but that’s not the point but also don’t forget no quick view either. The old app was minty and dialled in. I understand trial and error but this is something so simple that was still not fixed after the previous update been over a month now And since my “simply free” account is no longer free without any awareness of said charges now. not a happy camper with you guys have been a member for over 15 years.

Load times!
The new app itself isn’t too bad but I did prefer the old one though, basic as it was. If I’m not on wifi though the load time gives windows 95 a run for its money. Please address this, it’s gone from convenient to embarrassing to quick check my balance when I’m out.
Terrible
They changed the app and now I’m unable to access my banking and now I have sent an email and am still waiting to here back 1 week later
