Doesn’t Work
Deleted app several times and reinstalled. The one time I got in to order refills, it only let me do one and then it glitched, had to call in other prescriptions. Deleted and reinstalled today, now it says my credentials don’t match, said update your password, which I did and it still doesn’t work. Staff is not able to help me with any problems with the app. I am very frustrated.

This App stinks
This app is horrible. You can never get more than one refil then you have to log out and log back in. Now it won’t even let me register again since it claims my account doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to find the developer to fix the app but they don’t seem to exist. Hope Valley Pharmacy didn’t pay for this. I’d be asking for a refund and go elsewhere

This is a horrible app. I can never sign in. When I can it only lets me reorder one script. It’s pretty bad
