App doesn’t work
You can’t locate bus routes or plan them in the app. It provides a link to Google Maps but if that’s the case, then why would I need the app?
Only thing it shows is an overview of the routes not very handy on a tiny phone screen. Nothing else seems to work.

I’m sorry but you have bad service!
The truth is very bad service, it seems as if they don't want to provide the service, it takes about an hour or more for them to approve a seat for you, depending on why the seats are occupied and when they finally accept your trip the bus is totally empty. That's why I give it two stars.
THERES NOTHING
I just recently downloaded this app and there is literally nothing on it except for the map. I tried multiple times to select routes and other stuff but all it shows is an empty map.

It’s hard to plan a ride on a supposed time for each stop, but with this app and especially in inclement weather situations, being able to know exactly where your bus is is very helpful.
