Crashes on startup

The Valley Water app crashes on startup. Frustrating.

I used this app one time successfully and now it only opens for a split seccand then crashes :/.

Terrible, insta-crash

I had high hopes for this app because it gives users an easy way to report trash, damaged fences, vandalism, illegal encampments, and other incidents within the valley water footprint. I tested it by reporting a couple things and to my surprise someone does check and responds to the reports. However the mapping function is extremely poor. It really needs a satellite view so you can find the right spot for the report. I could work around that somewhat by providing extensive notes in the description and maybe a screenshot of my location on Google or Apple Maps. The real problem is that now the app doesn’t work at all. At first it would open to a blank white screen and now it just crashes. Here we are in Silicon Valley and they can’t even make a basic functional app. They must be too busy collecting their $218/hr salaries to actually do anything useful. Pathetic😵
