Not able to log in anymore
This app is/was amazing. However I went to check the app when I was at an establishment and seen that I was logged out. Now it says it can’t verify my phone number and I’m stuck logged out. I wish I would have cashed out prior to this problem happening
No rebates on last transactions and no responses asking for help
I originally loved using this app and really appreciated how responsive the team was in the past when I didn’t automatically receive a rebate. Customer support used to be helpful and reliable, which made Valor easy to trust.
Unfortunately, that’s no longer been my experience. Four of my transactions from January 3–11, 2026 never received their rebates. I’ve contacted Valor three times through the app and haven’t received any response.
The lack of communication is disappointing and makes me wonder if the company is still actively supporting users, even though the app is still running. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, because the app used to be great.

Unhappy with their response. It’s been it’s 6 weeks and no response from the chat option. I don’t see all my discounts.

Great app already saved $45 in 6 purchases of normal daily life.
Easy to use
I love this app, all I had to do was set up my information once, now I automatically get cash back at various different restaurants and stores. It’s so easy!
Coronado only
The app doesn’t even let you log in unless you’re physically In Coronado I literally live 15 minutes away from there and I can’t at least log in to see what discounts are out there

Amazing app for military/veterans and wonderful customer service!
I just started using Valor and it’s awesome! Within a week, I’m already seeing rewards from places that I didn’t even know had military discounts! This app really makes it effortless to use military discounts without having to ask and is extremely helpful, especially in today’s economy (and planning my wedding! 😊) Their customer service is wonderful as well! I had told my sister about the app but forgot to include my referral link. I reached out to see if there was a way to add on after and not only did Freddie respond almost instantly, he was able to add on the referral code with no problem! It was so nice to talk to a real person and he was extremely accommodating and kind. I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and definitely feel appreciated as a veteran. This app is a must have for military/veterans, thank you for all that you’re doing Team Valor! 😊

This app is so so helpful for those in the military community it’s truly a no brainer to utilize it! You have nothing to lose by using it and get cash back directly into your bank account for places you shop at often. The app keeps expanding rapidly and they have added great partnerships like Vons and Better Buzz and other small business! I tell everyone I know about Valor 👍🏼 highly recommend!

Valor is MUST download for any Service Member. This is the first App ad where I found myself thanking the dreaded spam algorithm. Sign up, load a credit card, and automatically get cash back at establishments you already frequent. With Valor, you never have inquire about a military discount, Freddie and the team have already asked on your behalf. Thank you, Valor!!!

Best app for military discounts!! It’s hard to keep track of what you can get a deal on but Valor makes it so easy. Had a small issue that was just me being dumb and Freddie helped me out right away!! Super exciting to see this get big across the country soon.

Needs some more options.
I live about an hour away from down town San Diego. Why are all of my discounted options in a small area in down town and not close to me? For example the app shows me a chipotle 26 miles away in down town San Diego. Why not the one 1 mile away from me? There’s not option to look up things in the explore menu. As well as what about all the department stores or places to buy goods. I know Home Depot has a 10 percent discount. Why isn’t that stuff here? I’m sure it hast to do with something in the legal/financial world. I was super excited and signed up for the app but when I went to explore I just found about 3 dozen bistros and grills in down town. I probably won’t use the app at all if I can see discounts that are closer to me as well as a much higher selection of options. To be clear the demand for this app would be astronomical in the military community if it actually showed all that’s available at a discount and I hope it grows and improves.

Valor has not made it to my area?
Not sure if this wrong because I live close to San Diego but not quite in San Diego. SD is a major military location so in wondering if me not living in downtown or right off base is what’s stopping me from being allowed to log in at all?
