Never showed up yet still charged me
We waited for an hour for 2 cabs, neither of which showed. When we first ordered, it said the cab was 6 minutes away. Every few minutes, it would change to 8 min or 1 min, or even say it was arriving. The app gave me no way to cancel, and the numbers provided for the driver and Value cab were both unreachable. We finally had to give up and get an uber. Much later, I was still charged for a ride I never received. Titanic Belfast should definitely end that partnership- the visit was wonderful but the experience at the end with the cabs caused a travel crises for my family.

AVOID
If you want a reliable company to not use these. Pre booked a taxi the day before for the morning time to catch my flight. Taxi driver/company cancelled 5 mins before it was due ended up missing flight absolute joke of a company have heard nothing back when reported.

If you’re in Northern Ireland, they have much better and faster service than uber. Highly recommend the app

This service is getting worse by the minute. I have started using other companies or just walking long distances because it’s so common for the drivers here to not show up and then have the nerve to mark you as “not shown up” which drops your booking entirely instead of putting you back in the queue/ waiting list. Despicable behaviour when you are waiting ages in the cold at the collection spot for a car that says en route but never arrives.

Not a great service, expect to wait a long time, or get no taxi. We did eventually get one tonight and were told not to eat sweets by a very standoffish driver. Completely understand if it was hot/ messy food but this was stupid. Try another company.

First time using the app - from ordering taxi to arrival took just 3 mins. Very prompt and a good safe journey to my destination. I have used a competitor’s app and it is awful - impossible to log on, never mind order a taxi.

Complete rip off
Took a taxi from City airport. Cab started from 5£. Fair was 9.80£ coz it was about 5km from airport to my house. Driver added 4£ more as airport charges. Complete nonsense and ripping the customers off.
