NOT free

There’s nothing that says this is subscription based app before it’s downloaded! To pay $80 a year for an app that one can’t even try out is STEEP!
Have no interest in using the app for that price!!

Disaster

I signed up through a link in an email. The deal I was offered was not as good as what is offered in the app. When you sign up through the link the app is unusable. You must the site through your browser. When you take a picture to scan it rarely works. You usually need to take a picture and save it first. Then you can upload it. Identification is ok but is pretty generic most of the time. Price suggestions are pretty good. It has been a disappointing experience so far.

Not worth the money

Don’t waste your money yet on this app. It needs another year or so of work. It doesn’t correctly identify or scan most vintage items that are not clothing and it is very cumbersome in process. Better off using Gemini or Chatgbt for now.

SUBSCRIPTION “PRO” REQUIRED TO USE APP 😡

Immediately deleted this app. What they don’t tell you is that there is NO free level functionality beyond a 3-day trial. Then they charge you. Upon first opening the app you are forced to choose a “Pro” plan. Spoiler alert: there is no non-pro plan! I’m so sick of the subscription model! I do not mind paying for an app that I will use, but I’m not going to pay for it over and over again! And Apple, please require forced subscriptions to be disclosed in the App Store, not only after download!

Not As Time Saving as Claim

Signed up, and paid and took photo of a rare book. And wouldn’t give me value or post due to something wrong about how site was seeing my photos and then took me out and I couldn’t get back in. This is unacceptable

This app is horrible. I paid 49$ for it and can’t even use it. It opened maybe twice but then will not let me use it until I pay more money. I sent a complaint to cancel and get refunded. I received an email that they would cancel but no refund. I was told I could continue to use it for a month but the app will not open unless I pay more money. What a waste of time and money. Stay away!!

Hi! As we mentioned in our email you unfortunately engaged with a scam ad online and entered your credit card info. We ONLY do payments via Apple subscriptions. Those you can refund via Apple and we’re happy to help with that but since this is an unrelated third party you’ll need to go into your credit card > and do a chargeback. We are actively working with legal to stop this from happening and are deeply sorry you ran into this scam. Please only do the subscription via Apple to stay safe.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I tried using it for a few minutes and it sucked. It did not work as they claim. I’ve tried getting a $40 refund for weeks and they said they would refund it but they keep making excuses and not sending me a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Confirmation email and app have NO clickable links.

This is a scam. Refund process does NOT go through the apple store! According to apple store, I haven’t purchased it, yet they have taken money from my account.

Some ultra rare items our AI has difficulty tracking comparable prices on, just like you see on pawn stars when they bring in an expert for an accurate price.
