Great Brand, TERRIBLE APP
I hope this doesn’t effect negatively for the brand/website itself… However, the app absolutely sucks! THIS APP IS TERRIBLE!!! It never lets me login, tells me my account doesn’t exist, so I have to go in through my email to click activate and then it brings me back to the app where my profile is. Then whenever I return to previous page it takes me to sign in all over again… Ultimately, I just end up ordering on the actual site & keep deleting this damn app!

Apps need a lot of improvement
The app does not have a way for you to do things like redeem your points or store credits. You must use a desktop browser to do that.
Unable to Create an Account
Brand is great but the app wont let me create an account. I click the link they send to my email and it just takes me back to the “Create Account” page instead of confirming my account.

I’m new to shopping at VampireFreaks. When I realized they had an app I immediately downloaded it! Extremely easy to use. I’m able to check sales, browse inventory, view my orders and more without having to constantly sign in. Would recommend!!

Really like the interface. I like having the app cause it’s wayyy easier to check what sales they got going on as opposed to checking every day on google. Vampire freaks does a lot of sales and free giveaways with your order so I recommend downloading their app just for those reasons alone.
