The Vanarama Assistance app is designed to remove the stress and time it takes when reporting a road traffic accident. When you take out a policy with us, please download and register our free app so that you have this on your device should you ever need to make a claim.
If you are a Vanarama Customer and are unfortunate enough to find yourself in a road traffic accident, then please submit your details to us via the app and we will take care of the rest.
The app is free to download from the app store and by using this, it will save you valuable time when reporting your claim, whilst ensuring that we have all of the precise information that we need in order to action your claim and get you the help you need.
To report an accident, please follow the simple steps in the app to report the incident, this will go through to our dedicated claims team who will be in touch with you once they have received and processed the notification.
We take great care with your personal data which is all stored safely and in line with current GDPR laws.
