Die Verbindung zu den Servern bricht immer mal wieder für einige Minuten ab, im dieser Zeit kann man natürlich nicht handeln und verliert schlimmstenfalls Geld. Also für Ernst gemeintes Trading nicht zu gebrauchen.
Bad customer service
I want to share what happened to me a few weeks ago. One day, both the Vantage app and website stopped working while I had two open positions. One position already had a Stop Loss, but the other one did not. I pressed Close All Positions, and the app showed that both positions were closed with about £700 profit.
About 5–10 minutes later, I received a notification that one position had been closed by Stop Loss. When the app finally started working again after about 15–20 minutes, I saw that the other position was still open and had turned into about £300 loss.
I contacted Vantage. They admitted there was a system issue and compensated one position, but refused to compensate the second one. I don’t understand how they can accept that Close All Positions failed for one trade but deny it for the other when both positions were closed with the same button at the same time.
My account wasn’t large, but I keep wondering what would have happened if it had contained £3,000 or £4,000. This experience has made me lose confidence in the platform.What disappointed me the most wasn’t only the outcome, but the lack of empathy. After almost five years as a customer, I expected at least a simple apology for the platform outage and the stress it caused.

Withdrawal is coming
I withdraw 2-3 times and my withdrawal come within 2-3 days i think they also give withdrawal in future. Otherwise god is seeing everyone.
Scam - don’t put money in
It’s a great shame as this broker used to be good but the past year is atrocious, unable to withdraw funds , no customer service responses despite waiting over a month and writing in 3 times , the generic response will say ‘wait for your client manager’ but they never reach out. No one to help, disgusting company,

my account manager and the general customer support are awful and so annoying they don’t help, here reply times are bad and when they do they’ve wasted my time and not even responded to the issue properly, i don’t know where vantage is getting these guys from

This is a scam application if you put money in starting first 4 day it will work good and after that your money will stuck … poor customer service… withdraw failed … at last all you profit just a myth …. The worst app i have ever used .
Bad slippage
The slippage on here is a joke! Sl at 4030 closed at 4018 cost me £500 more than it should have avoid it use someone else

I been suing it for an year now and made a fortune with this app. Do good analysis and do trading at u r own risk. Faster deposit easy withdrawal. Loved it.❤️

Worst forex platform
You wake up in morning you don’t see where money get lost. Useless charges which not upto the market value as compared to other platform as well as you will not able to get to know where your huge amount goes. I never recommend this application if you are out of India use exness that is best i used earlier in India use xm not vantage

Scam company
It's been more than a month but my deposit is not credited into my vantage account. Support team is not working properly. I did 10-15 complaints but nothing has been changed. Now I lose my hope and shifting to new broker where team is working on time
