Some days you can't quite tell why you feel tired, tense, or scattered. Vantre reads the signals Apple Health already collects and tells you, in one calm sentence, where today sits compared with your own usual range.
When something looks different, Vantre makes a guess and asks you to confirm it — one tap, from your iPhone or your widget. Over time those small taps become patterns you can actually check, and a 90-day summary you can hand to your doctor.
No score out of 100. Vantre compares you with your own history, never with anyone else.
WHAT YOU GET
• The Note — your day in one sentence, and silence when nothing is unusual
• One-tap context — confirm the likely reason instead of filling in a form
• Patterns with receipts — tap any claim to see the exact days behind it
• Voice Scan — breathe or speak for a few seconds; analysed on your device, never recorded
• Three guided breathing sessions, free for everyone
• Home screen widgets — your band always in view
AN APPLE WATCH IS OPTIONAL
Vantre works on iPhone alone. If you have an Apple Watch, the heart data it writes to Apple Health makes the picture deeper — but nothing here requires one.
PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs, no account
• Your health data is processed on your device and stays there
• Voice Scan is analysed locally; no audio is ever recorded or uploaded
• iCloud backup is optional, covers only the notes you wrote yourself, and goes to your own account
VANTRE PRO
Pro is about depth over time. The free version keeps the Note, context capture, Voice Scan, three breathing sessions, widgets, the basic weekly report and your single strongest pattern — those stay free. Pro adds:
• The Brief — a calm, doctor-ready 90-day summary in plain language
• Every pattern Vantre finds (the free version shows the strongest one)
• Advanced trend interpretation and weekly narrative
• History summary cards
• Premium share themes and layouts
Cancelling is always one tap: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Vantre is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. It doesn't measure anything about your health — it compares your recent signals with your own history.
