The staff of four years been friendly and kind and super fun Amy always seems to get on top of the good auction products. Some really great quality over the years. I just wanted to give a shout out to EB Vance and her crew are doing an amazing job.

Trying to view your product list is not easy. Keep getting sent back to someplace different.
Want to go through list of 1,000 items and easily thin out what I am not interested in.
Very dishonest auction company
I’ve tried multiple times to come up to a mutual decision however this owner doesn’t care. With a very misleading listing they have robbed me of hundreds of dollars in value. An item listed at used was actually missing hundreds in parts. They will not refund the purchase if though it’s the fault of the poor listing. Would only recommend to smite this place.!

Poor customer service
The one girl in the pick up area is very rude. I think her name starts with a J.
Also in all the communication received says things like “we are human, we may make mistakes etc”. But holy smokes if a customer makes a mistake, look out! You are only allowed to return one item every 12 months. So much for human error. And then the rudeness starts. I was in there picking up something I had bid on and a very nice lady was there and told J she didn’t want one of the items she bid on. J was sooo rude to her, I stepped in and said something, then J went off on me. I cancelled my acct and so did the nice lady. No one should be spoken to like that. Why Amie and J still have jobs, I don’t know.
Why is it ok for them to make errors but not the customers? I realize they work with a lot of products and customers but that is no reason to be so rude to people. Maybe they should change their names to Karen and call it Karen’s auctions.

Very difficult
Very difficult to find the address to the local pick up. It should be on the invoice when you receive the invoice of where you can pick it up. I went totally 28 miles to where whatever address it’s on the bottom of the paper and it was the wrong address, this should not have been so difficult if the pick up address was on the invoice

No longer a fan
Minimum bids now set? Not worth it… bids are just less than half the worth and with tax and fees they are now half the full price for used items. Nope, I'm smarter than that… no thanks!

I’m new and thought I had a week didn’t read the whole paragraph and didn’t pick up in time does anyone know how long you have to wait till you could bit again I’m restricted.
Horrible
Descriptions rarely match the product. Don’t expect to get a nice items here. They have so many fees as well that the item you bid on ends up being that price brand new at Amazon or Walmart. Customer service at VanzantAuctions is awful as well.

False advertising
You guys should really check the boxes before marking something as “new.” When it’s dirty and has missing pieces it’s not new. Will not be utilizing this auction any longer. It’s a rip off and a let down. Thanks👍🏻👍🏻🤡🤡

Great Customer Service!
I found out about these auctions through a friend and decided to give it a shot. My very first auction I won a 18‘ x 9‘ pool. I received the pool and when I got home I noticed that the pool was damaged in a way to where it rendered it useless. I contacted them via email was given a quick response and sincere apologies. The very next day I received a full refund. There’s not very many companies nowadays that have such great direct customer service, I look forward to more auctions in the future.

Need to improve the app greatly
Great idea to have an app it will bring you a Ton of business the easier things are for people the more they do it, want it, and like it. Unfortunately the app needs a lot of work and needs to have everything accurate.
Needs a great deal of improvement
First, it would be nice if you put your correct address on your app. After driving all the way out to 59 Damonte Ranch Road only to find out that is not your location I had to turn around and drive all the way back to Web circle which is the complete other end of the valley.
Second, I get there and had forgot my credit card. I asked the girl to charge my card on file. She said we don’t keep the cards on file, so tell me how it is you charge my card one dollar every time I sign up for an auction?.

Customer Service
I have bought hundreds is not over a thousand dollars in items from Vanzant. My most recent purchase of over $250 consisted of two dog beds. When I picked them up they were in boxes. Once I got home and opened the boxes beds were shredded and unusable. I emailed the owner with pics of the beds and asked for a refund or credit for future purchases. I received no response. I will never support this local business again.

Almost hate to share the secret!
If you look around my house and yard you’d think I’ve spent a small fortune decorating - but actually I’m just a loyal customer of Vanzant Auctions! I appreciate the transparency- they put notes on everything so you know if you’re bidding on something new or used’, if it’s missing anything, etc. We were just laughing today that Amie has furnished our new house. Plus, my grandson was born five weeks ago and all his gear came from here. Usually I can get 50% off retail. Well worth the drive to Lemon Valley. Our family really appreciates the opportunity Vanzant has given us to literally improve our quality of life! Plus, the gang is so nice up there. Seriously, I appreciate every one of them. I’ve been going for several years now and never once had an issue with quality or service. I trust Vanzant, and that’s the bottom line. Thank you!,
